As you learn about the futuring mindset and skill set, you’re hopefully also thinking about ways and tools to engage your pool’s Board of Directors. To end the day we’ll have a pragmatic conversation about how you can change up your Board agendas, meeting materials, and meeting presentations to assure futuring concepts become embedded in Board decision making.
